General

Dogs Invited Ltd will not pass your personal information on to any other organisation without your express permission (except payment providers and shippers).

Cookies are used on this site, only, for the purposes of tracking your shopping cart.

We can accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions on the application lists that states which dog guards fit which vehicles. This list is supplied by a 3rd party and offered by us as guidance in good faith.  All guards are designed to fit the vehicle stated - no other.  If the dog guard does not fit your vehicle (normally due to shape design changes) you will need to follow the returns procedure below.

Please note that all years referred to on this website relate to the model year, therefore it is important that if your vehicle was produced during a year in which a new model - shape occurred, that you chose the correct product.

Ordering From Us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.  Our acceptance of an order takes place when the order is processed.  When we process the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;

If for some reason you have not been charged the correct postage, we will inform you via email.  If you do not respond within two working days, we will assume that you do not wish to pay the extra postage and cancel your order.

Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to info@dogsinvited.co.uk before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the paragraph immediately below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Prior to returning the goods you will need to email us.  The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and we suggest that you get proof of posting.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid minus the cost of delivery.

The right to return the goods to us as referred to in the paragraph immediately above will not apply in the following circumstances: -

a) in the event that the product has been used

b) they are not in a saleable condition.

The provisions of the clause above do not affect your statutory rights.

If goods have been delivered to you damaged or missing, we will endeavour to either send you the missing/damaged part, or will arrange for a new guard to be despatched to you and the damaged guard collected.  If you decide that this is not a satisfactory solution, and you return the goods, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

Delivery

To most mainland UK addresses the majority of deliveries arrive within 1-4 working days of ordering - however please allow 5-7 working days before chasing an order.  Due to the reliance of 3rd parties, we will not make any guarantees with delivery dates or times.

Where delivery attempts have failed and the item is returned to us you may be required to pay a redelivery fee before the item is redelivered. If you specify that the item may be left without a signature (in a porch etc) then we cannot be held liable for missing items. 

If for any reason, goods are not available, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.  You can then choose whether to wait until the goods are available or if you wish to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund.

Guarantee

Products are covered by the manufacturers warranty where applicable.

Liability

Dogs Invited Ltd accept no liability for any injury or damage to persons, animals or vehicles howsoever it occurs whilst fitting or using any products sold via this website.
